Warning Bars

Having warning bars will not only allow us to be more organized with who is causing trouble and who isn't, but if we can put them on a person's public profile thing, somewhere near their avatar, we can discourage future warnings by having it publicized for everyone to see. Every other forum that I know about has some kind of organized warning system.

I personally like this idea very much. It seems like it would help the forum quite a bit.
